When will my order ship?
Our first batch is on pre-order and ships from late November. We will email you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
What do I get with a pre-order?
Free shipping to the US and Canada, and a free toothbrush with every jar.
Using it
How do I use the powder?
Wet your toothbrush, dip lightly into the powder, brush gently in small circles for 2 minutes, and rinse well.
How often?
1-2 times a week. Do not use it more than twice a week. It is not a daily toothpaste and does not replace one.
Will it stain my brush or sink?
The powder is black. Rinse the brush and the sink right after use and it washes away.
How long does one jar last?
A 30 g jar lasts several months at 1-2 uses a week. You only need a light dip each time.
Safety
I have sensitive teeth. Can I use the powder?
Ask your dentist first. If you feel any discomfort, stop and rinse.
Dental work, crowns, veneers or braces?
Ask your dentist before use. Charcoal powder is not recommended on restorations.
Children or pregnancy?
The product is for adults only. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. After dispatch, delivery takes 3-9 business days, and tracking is sent by email. More countries are coming soon.
