How to request a refund

Returns

For hygiene reasons, we may ask you to return opened items only when there is a defect. Unopened items should be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping instructions will be sent by email.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
