Products and use

Our products are for adults and for home cosmetic use only. They are not medical products and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have sensitive teeth, dental work, braces or any doubt, ask your dentist before use. Follow the directions on each product page.

Pre-orders

Some products are sold on pre-order. The estimated dispatch date is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. If dispatch is delayed, we will email you with a new date, and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships.

Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice before you place an order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will let you know and refund any payment in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping policy and our Return and refund policy, which form part of these terms.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep product information accurate. Colours and details may look slightly different on your screen. If we find an error in a price or description, we may correct it and will contact you before charging a different amount.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, BARE BITE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
