Shipping policy

Pre-orders

Our first batch is available on pre-order and ships from late November. Every pre-order includes free shipping and a free toothbrush with every jar. We will email you as soon as your order is dispatched.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. More countries are coming soon.

Delivery times

After dispatch, delivery takes 3-9 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all pre-orders. For regular orders, shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Duties and taxes

Where they apply, import duties and taxes are shown at checkout or collected by the carrier on delivery.

Delays and lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected time, email barebite2026@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
